Originally from Clanton, Alabama, Bolling graduated from Mississippi State University with a BA in Political Science in May of 2025. He is pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Administration. At the Institute, his primary focuses are data collection and research. Bolling joined the Stennis Institute in August 2024.
