Lollar is a two-time graduate of Mississippi State University with an undergraduate degree in political science in 2018 and a Master in Public Policy and Administration in 2020. He joined the Stennis Institute staff in 2019. Prior to working at the Stennis Institute, Lollar interned with Congressman Trent Kelly and served as the Site Director and Program Director for the National Student Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. As a Research Associate I, he helps various localities and agencies to accomplish tasks such as analyzing and visualizing data, teaching workshops, and assisting with GIS needs. Heston is currently working on redistricting for several cities, counties, and school boards across the state.
