Frank Riley, Jr. is a Research Associate III with the John C. Stennis Institute of Government and Community Development at Mississippi State University. He received a B.S. in Human Development from Vanderbilt University in 1994 and an M.B.A. from Millsaps College in 2000. As a Research Associate, Frank’s focus includes managing relationships with agencies, organizations, and branches of government during projects. Frank is also the Program Coordinator of the State Executive Development Institute, a week-long, graduate level course held on the campus of Mississippi State University for one week each year. This Institute provides leadership and management skills training for mid level state employees who wish to advance in state government. Frank is a member of the board of directors for Methodist Senior Services of Mississippi, an eight campus elder corporation affiliated with the United Methodist Conference. An Eagle Scout, Frank is an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 15 in Madison, Mississippi. Previously, he served as Chair of both Leadership Madison County and Youth Leadership Madison County. In 2012 Frank was selected as a “Top 40 Under 40” by the Mississippi Business Journal.
