Judy Fulgham is the business manager for the Stennis Institute. Judy supervises the expenditures for several grants and contracts along with the state appropriation. Judy is frequently assigned to assist with special projects. She has her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and she has been employed on campus in various positions for over 20 years.
