Stennis-Montgomery Association Essay Award Winners

Below are the Annual Stennis-Montgomery Association Essay Award Winners. Please click on each photo for a description and full image.

 

Each winner is awarded a cash prize and a plaque, and the Institute proudly displays a replica plaque in the hallways of the storied Depot Building on the Mississippi State University campus.  Below are the winners for each year, where one student is awarded for the best essay written on the legendary US Senator John C. Stennis and the other winner is awarded based on his/her work on the legendary US Congressman G. V. “Sonny” Montgomery.
