The New Dartmouth Project is organized and funded by the Kettering Foundation. the Stennis Institute has been chosen as 1 of 10 public policy institutes in the nation to participate in a deliberative dialog on race relations in America as a part of this project. While we are dialoging on race relations in America, Russians will be dialogging on race relations in Russia. The purpose of the New Dartmouth experiments is to learn whether the views of a deliberative public can enrich bilateral policy dialogues are underway in Russia and the United States.

The Stennis-Montgomery Association has announced a series of 3rd Congressional District candidate debates. The events will be in association with the John C. Stennis Institute of Government.

Mississippi's primary elections for federal offices take place March 11.
